When most luxury houses say 'personalization,' they mean initials on a bag. We mean something more: the choice of lining color on a coat, the adjustment of a sleeve length by centimeters, the option to remove a detail or add one. 'Our clients know what they want,' says our head of client services. 'Our job is to listen, then execute perfectly.'
